Can I customize my order?Many of our products are customizable. Check individual vendor listings to see customizing options.

How long does it take to create a custom order?Please allow 7-10 business days to process your order. If you are in need of expedited service, please message us.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale options?All of our products are made to order, so we do not have any bulk or wholesale options at this time.

How do I place an order?Just click the “Shop Now” button on our home page and make your product selection. Each product will have steps to take to complete your order including any customization options.

What are your shipping options?We offer USPS as well as UPS shipping options. Prices, distance and time will differ for each order. Check all your shipping options to see what is best for you.

Do you ship internationally?We can only ship within the US right now. We do not ship internationally at this time.

How do I track my order?Once your package has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number with which you may track your order.

Can I return my order for a refund?Please see individual items for detailed return/exchange policies. Each collaborator has their own return/exchange policy. Returns cannot be accepted on any product that contains food or hygiene items. We also do not refund any items that have been customized. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us directly through our website.
