We ship all our product via USPS. Shipping times reflect the time the post office will take to deliver your order once it has shipped. Please note: Each kit is handmade at the time of order. Production time could take up to 14 days. Please take this into consideration when ordering. If you need a rush order, please contact us.

NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS POLICY

Our products contain food and hygiene supplies, therefore, we cannot accept returns. Each product is handmade to order, therefore we do not offer refunds. If there is a problem with your order (ex: item is damaged in shipping, product is not what you ordered, product is not what you expected, etc.) please contact us.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel and receive a full refund.
